Licensed, non-smoking, central, well lit, comfortable 1 bedroom in a great neighborhood. Tastefully renovated, constantly improving. Two blocks from Jasper ave and one from 104 ave for transit routes and business strips. 5-mins drive to Roger's Place Arena, or choose to walk! Well equipped kitchen, three grocery stores within walking distance. Minutes by foot to Unity Square and the Brewery District, lots of great restaurants and coffee shops. Beautiful in the summer.

The unit is in a well maintained and friendly low-rise condo, and a situated in a location that can't be beat. Downtown may seem more central, but the Oliver neighbourhood is far more residential-friendly, being surrounded by shops and eateries, and several parks nearby.

Guest access
The kitchen is well equipped for most standard fares, with a range top, oven, microwave, toaster oven, fridge/freezer, and electric kettle. Ideal for those staying for several days and would prefer to save some money on a couple of meals.

Mid-sized smart tv, complimentary Amazon Prime streaming service, YouTube and wifi are available. CABLE IS NOT A LISTED AMENITY FOR THIS LISTING.

Washer and dryer, with laundry detergent.

When the weather is more fair, the patio is a very comfortable extra space to relax in.

Other things to note
Please be courteous and minimize noise during later hours, as to not disturb other residents. The TV volume is robust, so volume should be high enough around "11”, considering the size of the room and distance to the couch.
