Bogroy is a traditional stone built farm cottage located in rural setting on a private estate in the Spey Valley. Set on two levels, the 3 bedroom (with a double bedroom and bathroom downstairs and 2 twin bedrooms and shower room upstairs) cottage has stunning views of the surrounding country and Ben Rinnes, only a 10 minute drive from the town of Aberlour or 2 minute drive to Archiestown.

The cottage has a wood burning fire in the sitting room/kitchen area and attractive decor throughout, having been just refurbished for letting purposes.

The cottage is ideally located for a family or group of friends looking to fish on the River Spey, or to visit some of the 50+ distilleries along the whisky trail. The cottage location is also ideally situated for a wide range of leisure activities, including golf, hill walking, country shops and fishing. The attractive town of Aberlour has excellent facilities and is famous for Walkers shortbread and many whisky distilleries. There are 50 whisky distilleries within a 15 mile radius of the the town. Many of these distilleries are worth a visit as they have excellent visitor centres with plenty of tasting on offer. Aberlour village has a varied range of shops cafes and bars. There is an excellent cottage hospital for first aid and minor injuries. The local school also has a swimming pool which is open to the public. The cottage is ideal for walking the Spey side way, whisky tasting and a good base for the Lecht and Cairngorm ski area, approx 35 minutes away.
