My perfectly located (just 10 min. walking distance to the 1st district) 72 m2 (= 720 sq ft) modern apartment is very sunny with huge terrace doors and beautifully furnished. Everything is easily accessible by public transportation; the U1 (underground) is just 2 min. away.
You have full access to the entire apartm, incl. dishwasher, laundry machine, WiFi and cooking utensils

Entrance hall, open kitchen (NESPRESSO machine), dining/living room, bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet + free parking

The space
You have a bedroom with a 180x200 bed and a huge walk in closet. In addition to the bedroom you will find a sofa bed (150x200) in the living room which also sleeps 1 - 2 person. Bed linen and fresh towels as well as 2 cosy bathrobes are also available.

Guest access
The entire apartment is yours !!! You will find a NESPRESSO coffee maschine and tee for your breakfast. Feel free to use the kitchen, freezer and fridge. The dishwasher and laundry machine are simple to operate; but I will explain it to you anyway ;-)

Other things to note
According to COVID-19 rules the complete apartment will be disinfected after/before every guest with lysoform and you will also find a bottle of disinfection spray in the apartment as well as rubber gloves.

You will find a folder full of "THINGS TO DO IN VIENNA" like museums, concerts, opera and other sightseeing highlights.
A map of the area with the underground system and grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants etc. is also waiting for you.

If you stay longer than 3 nights there will be a free bottle of PROSECCO waiting for you !!!
