Modern 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, a boasting plenty of space to move, the villa has ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning through out.

Well located bordering a bush reserve and easy walk through treed footpaths to Dunsborough Town Centre and a short drive to Yallingup Beach.

The space
An open plan living area consisting of dining table and chairs; three seater and two seater lounges with two ottomans, flat screen TV and DVD Player, leading out through sliding doors to the decked alfresco area.

The kitchen features modern appliances, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven & hotplate, plenty of crockery & cookware.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps with a wall mounted TV, and ensuite with large shower, double vanity and separate toilet.

The second bedroom has two king single beds bedside tables and lamps, and wall mounted TV with a semi-ensuite.

The laundry is tucked away off the outdoor decked alfresco area, front loaded washing machine, sink and plenty of cupboard space for storage.

*The single beds can be joined together to make a king upon request
