Bowline is a spacious, 3 bedroom, contemporary apartment nestled in Falmouth's popular Port Pendennis Harbour Village.

This first floor apartment really does enjoy the best of both worlds - peace and tranquillity in this nautical haven yet just metres from Events Square where you will find a great selection of restaurants, cafes and the award-winning National Maritime Museum.

There is a pretty communal garden with seating areas to sit and watch the yachts bob in the marina.

The space
Bowline is approached from the parking area through a secure entrance door. There is one flight of stairs, or you can use the lift, to the first floor and Bowline's front door, 2 Swallow House.

The kitchen was brand new in November 2016 and is fitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob. Enjoy your meals around the large dining table which seats 6 people.

There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king-size 5ft bed, the second bedroom has a 4ft 6 double bed and the third room has two full size single beds.

The shower room was also completely renovated in 2016 and has a large contemporary shower cubicle with heated towel rail, wash basin and wc.

There is parking for one car close to the entrance and space for a second in the visitor parking area.

There are pretty communal gardens with seating and private tennis courts that can be booked for guests to use.
