Beautiful 2-room apartment, rated 4 stars by Gîte de France, with tasteful decor, located in the historic center of Collioure on the 1st floor of a bourgeois house that belonged to a family of anchovy salters.
The apartment, very bright and well-equipped, is renovated and air-conditioned.

The space
Recently renovated, the accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a townhouse in the city center of COLLIOURE, overlooking the market square.

The entrance to the building is through the beautiful and large central wooden door giving access to the imposing wooden staircase, superbly preserved, typical of this type of house.

Located on the 1st floor, you enter the apartment, a small entrance hall with cupboards leads to all the rooms:
First of all, a separate toilet, a beautiful bathroom with shower tray and marble vanity top.
Also a pleasant, tastefully decorated living room, lit by two small balconies with an unobstructed view overlooking Place Général Leclerc (Collioure market). It consists of a sitting area with two sofas (one of which can be converted into a bed for 2 people, linen extra) and a dining area with fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, washer and dryer, oven, stove, range hood, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, NESPRESSO and filter coffee machine...)
Finally, the independent bedroom with a comfortable 160 cm bed, a large closet, and a 3rd balcony still overlooking the market square. The space of the room leaves a suitable place around the bed to move from one side to the other.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned (cold in summer, hot in winter), with double glazed window, it measures 55 m2.

Additional parking for a single vehicle is 300 m (6 min walk) from the apartment, subject to availability.

The apartment is designed for two people, but can possibly accommodate up to 4 people knowing that there is a sofa bed (extra linen).
Although of quality, this structure remains less comfortable and is only an extra bed and makes the accommodation less fluid.

A crib can be provided
be careful this makes the room less practical (Babybjorn brand mattress size 60 x 105 x 4 cm thick)

PLEASE NOTE: bed and bath linens are included for your stay (in the cleaning fee).
It is provided for ONE bed and for towels for TWO people.
