The space
Casa Margaritas is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is a bright, happy and open space with floor to ceiling glass for an unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean in beautiful El Salvador. The house has been completely remodeled and has all amenities including a full kitchen, satellite tv, free unlimited wifi/internet, air conditioning in every room and a washer and dryer. Whether it's relaxing in the pool or hammocks, outdoor dining in the Palapa or cooking on the wood burning barbecue, our house has everything you would need make your stay fun, comfortable and enjoyable.

Casa Margaritas is set in the exclusive Xanadu community. Xanadu is gated and has 24 hour security. We have a private beach that's only accessible to Xanadu residents and their guests as well as family barbecue areas and a large community pool looking out on to the ocean. Great restaurants, bars, world class surfing and the nightlife of Playa El Tunco are just a couple minutes away.

Lupita will meet you when you arrive and take care of the house for you at no extra charge. If you'd like she will keep the house clean, cook and do laundry plus she knows the area well and can arrange for anything you may need. Our guests love her and she's very sharp and a very hard worker. If necessary we can set up your transportation to and from the airport as well

Love it in El Salvador!

During your stay

Guests generally email me with any questions they may have in the days or weeks leading up to their stay. They can email and ask as many questions as they like. Good communication is very important to us because we really want the people that stay in our home to enjoy their time the same way we do. In the bigger picture we want our guests to experience how beautiful El Salvador is. Once a guest arrives they can either email or call with any questions. We often setup transportation to and from the airport as well as day trips, surfing etc..if a guest is unfamiliar with the area.
