Karen's place is a treasure. The pictures understate the size of the rooms and the yard. The house is full of character. The location is quiet yet walking distance to a few restaurants including the riegelsville inn. Great for a day trip to New Hope or an escape from the city. Karen is a welcoming host with excellent communication. Highly recommended!

Great location and lots of room for many guests. Also very good for pet owners, fenced back yard and plenty of private outdoor space. Karen was very responsive to all of our needs. It has everything you may need. Close to many good eateries also.

The pictures do not do it justice - both inside or outside. Inside- super spacious with high ceilings. Great kitchen, bedrooms etc. No central air, but window airs in every room made it very comfortable. The real treat was the back yard - whoa. No big but fully fenced in and super private. Beautifuly landscsped with a deck and good amount of grass. Only negative is that there's only one full bathroom (+2 half bathrooms). So if you come with 5 friends...You'll need to coordinate showers.

Lovely home full of charm with a really nice backyard area. We stayed the night after tubing down the Delaware river and walked to dinner at the Riegelsville Inn. We would stay again!

This house is amazing! My husband and I travel to PA a lot. I have a lot of family there and we like to have our own space when we leave New York. We have found the house we would like to use every time we go home. It was clean. Affordable. Accessible. The Fig Tree Market was a two minute walk around the corner and their breakfast and coffee was delicious. The backyard was adorable and was an ideal place for morning coffee and for evening hanging out. The house was big and spacious. Three levels of living spaces so there was a nice separation and no one felt as if we were crammed. Classic hardwood everywhere. Very high ceilings and a beautiful location! Just a stone's throw away from the Delaware River where my husband got to go kayaking ,which he was stoked about. Thanks Karen for your hospitality and for making this trip effortless. Mike and I will check availability the next time we are in town for an event. Can't wait to stay here again!!!

I am an animal lover and if I could swing it, I would have a rescue farm where everyone would be welcome! I have an 11 pound Havanese dog who loves having a country house.

Izzy and I would love to host you at our charming house built in 1883.
