House with a panoramic view of the entire Mangaratiba Bay. In the morning, we have birds singing in an environment of abundant nature. Quiet beach 100 meters from the house, inside the condominium, with giant rocks that suggest caves. Inviting relaxation, perfect for children and water sports. The Itaoca Condominium is part of the Costa Verde, where sea and mountains meet in perfect harmony. On the balcony, you can spend hours wrapped in a hammock, contemplating the sea and the mountains.

The space
In addition to nature, you can count on all the amenities of a house in the city: a safe condominium, air-conditioning in all en-suites; living room, music room, reading and television room; Wi-Fi, dining room for 12 people; barbecue area with a wooden table for 10 people. Large kitchen overlooking the bay, stove and 2 refrigerators. You will also have the support of an employee who will check you in and out. She will be available for information regarding the use of the house and will clean the bathrooms in the morning when the stay exceeds 4 nights, removing the garbage from them and from the kitchen. If the group wants the maid service, this will be arranged separately, directly with our employee. Our house comfortably accommodates 12 people, but in the case of children, we can offer two extra mattresses and a camping crib that must be ordered in advance, or at check-in.
