*Stand-alone unit optimal for self-isolation stays* Your own private 1BR apartment with king bed in a converted historic barn built in 1883. Unit includes a loft living room and balcony with a beautiful view of the Kennebecasis river. Not suitable for young children.

The space
Comfy, rustic and fully functional private unit originally built as a caretaker apartment for the owner of our home in a historic barn built in the late 1800s. This unique self-contained apartment has all the amenities of home including super-fast wifi, Apple TV, and air conditioning. It also has two fairly steep staircases so is not well suited to young children or anyone who doesn't do well with stairs. Can sleep 2 very comfortably in the king bed. The loft living room has a futon that can sleep 1-2 additional people and there’s a single roll-away bed that can be borrowed upon request and used in the bedroom. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the balcony overlooking the river. Close to all the amenities of Quispamsis, Rothesay, and Saint John yet feels like you're in the country.

Where you’ll be

Quispamsis, New Brunswick, Canada

This is a quiet family neighborhood and the road that runs in front of the unit (along the river) is a popular spot for walking and biking. About a 15 minute walk to access the Great Trail (Trans Canada Trail), or drive 5 min to a parking area and access the trail from there.
