Poor wifi, not guest friendly, not as advertised.
Response from Ann:
No one has ever complained about the wifi, and both my husband and I, along with our other guests, do not have trouble with it. As far as not being guest friendly, I suppose that comment is in response to my asking him not to stand in the shower until ALL the hot water was gone, leaving none for anyone else. He did that for 3 mornings in a row until I asked him to be more considerate of others. We communicated quite friendly before that, but after speaking with him about the hot water, he didn't speak to me again.

I am an energetic and delightfully happy person, who loves company and loves hosting people in my large Queen Anne Victorian home. It's just the two of us in this large 15 room house, and this house, which is on the National Historic Register, loves to have lots of people in it…
