This is a 1st floor NEW condo in a small condo complex on New Garden Road in Greensboro, NC. Very quiet, small complex with beautiful trees and lawn areas. Location is exceptional. You can walk to great shopping and restaurants or walk right across the street to the famed Guilford Courthouse National Military Park. This Park is well-known in Greensboro for walking, biking, running, etc. Also, the "Bicentennial Greenway" is a 15 mile bike/walk path that runs through the park.

The space
The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a KING bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bathrooms have bathtub/shower combination. We have a quality, self inflating, thick queen-sized inflatable bed that can be used in the living room if needed. All linens are provided for this queen as well. The door off the living room leads to a small 6'x10' patio area facing a thick forest.

There are hardwood floors throughout, new decor, new furnishings, new dishes, new linens, kitchen also has new appliances and corian counter tops, new high speed WIFI, Internet/smart 40" TV in living room, Master bedroom has a 24" smart TV, both have cable.......every bit of this condo is brand new and is all set to provide a comfortable home away from home stay.
