This cabin is so beautifully and meticulously built. There are so many beautiful details. The wood stove keeps the place plenty toasty once you get it going. The secluded location is lovely! We enjoyed having to walk up the hill to get to the cabin. Becky was a very communicative…

Thea, Thanks so much for the great recommendation and the positive feedback! All of the wood was cut, so we just have a hatchet to make kindling. We will ad an axe, though, since it seems like guests might like it. The towels were on the side of the kitchen slab, as well as in…

The quaint Finn Cabin is tiny, but filled with warmth and history. Each piece of wood was maticulously chosen and carries a story of the past. A big benefit of tiny is it heats up fast. Plentry of solitude and relaxation.

Response from Becky:
Laurie, yes, it is a true microcabin, weighing in small enough to be pulled on a trailer once upon a time! But its' height has kept it off the road. Thanks for bringing such bright, adventurous energy to the cabin, and for enjoying your time in the woods. And thanks for leaving…

We absolutely loved our stay at Finn's Cabin. The dark, quiet nights were a welcome respite from our noisy street in Spokane, and the turkeys and deer in the front yard were welcome companions. With the woodstove burning and the oil lamps glowing, it's hard to imagine a cozier…

This is a special spot to completely go off the grid and be surrounded by nature. Many amenities and cool touches makes it cozy and totally sustainable. We look forward to coming back.

Your review made me super happy and tear up, as the value of time away from gadgets and pings is so important and so endangered. And to take this time with someone you love and create space for deeper connection with self and partner, ahhhh. So glad we can provide this space for…

The cabin was a wonderful escape for a weekend. The space was perfectly cozy and had everything a person would need. If I return it would probably be during colder weather as mid-July is a very warm time to ditch the luxury of A/C.

So glad you enjoyed! There is lovely shade, but the dry MT heat can definitely warm up a building! We love to air it out at night and the morning, and close up the cabin during the day. If you have any other suggestions for things to provide to keep you cool, let us know!
