Single comfortable, private yet spacious room in a modern, quiet house in West Busselton. Very close to the heart of town & the beach. Tea/coffee is included and access to the kitchen for cooking . Easy off road parking! Easy local information too about Busselton, our historic jetty & the South West area including Margaret River is available in your room.

The space
There's a lovely shaded patio and a small garden area outside as well as off road parking on my property. My house is quite comfortable with air conditioning in the lounge and a small heater in your room. Shared bathroom, separate toilet, both with locks! Tea, coffee & fridge usage included!

Share the lounge\ TV and dining areas with me if you are resting after exploring this beautiful area. Great location for exploring the Southwest of Australia.
