Just minutes from the airport, Metra and downtown. This spacious private walk out is perfect for the traveler(s) who wants to stretch out! Two private bedrooms, bath and private living area make this a home of your own! Great for a couple traveling with a child or 2 couples. Enjoy our large back yard and beautiful neighborhood walks.

The space
Our place has been our home for 14+ years. We have mature trees in a large back yard and a spacious apartment with everything a business or leisure traveler would need. Guests have access to the entire bottom floor which is a daylight basement that has sliding glass doors and consists of two bedrooms each with a queen bed. In addition to the 2 bedrooms the space also has an open kitchen (no stove) dining and sitting area. It has large windows and a private entrance that is easily accessible from the off street parking space that we provide our guests. There are outside steps that guests need to use to access the space (see photos).

Other things to note
Rents as one complete unit. There is a nice kitchenette area but no stove. We have a queen size bed in each of the bedrooms.
