Greenheart Cottage is a cute and quaint two bedroom cottage located on the grounds of Greenheart House in the sought after luxury development of Sugar Hill. Our guests have access to the Sugar Hill Clubhouse which has a large swimming pool, restaurant, gym, and tennis court.

The space
Established as a joint venture with David Lloyd in the early noughties as an upmarket neighbourhood where discerning property owners could enjoy an attractive, private tropical setting where tennis was readily available, the community has grown into one of the most attractive addresses on the west coast of the island.

The cottage itself has two air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living/dining area, a kitchen and outside sitting area. Guests have their own parking spot and full use of the club house facilities including pool, gym, restaurant and tennis.

The rental will do a basket load of personal items once per week. This does not includes linen sheets and towels which will also be done separately by housekeeping.

Guest access
Our guests have access to the Club House which has a large swimming pool, restaurant, tennis court, and gym.

The owners have agreed to allow cottage guests to use the main house pool when the main house is unoccupied. Pool use is not permitted after 6:00 PM. If you choose to book with us, our property manager will provide further details.

NB: Guests are responsible for their safety when using the pool, as we do not accept liability for any accidents in the cottage, around the pool, or in the pool itself.

Other things to note
Rates are inclusive of 2 persons, each additional person is US$10.00 per night. Villa sleeps a maximum of 4 persons. The owners have agreed to allow cottage guests to use the main house pool when the main house is unoccupied. Pool use is not permitted after 6:00 PM. If you choose to book with us, our property manager will provide further details.

Please be advised that the villa is stocked with a starter set of essential supplies. Once these are used, it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase any additional items needed during their stay.
