- Full stocked w/ dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware
- Stainless major appliances; small appliances
- Four barstools at the kitchen counter
- Guests must provide their own food, drinks, spices, condiments

HALLWAY BATHROOM: Spacious walk-in shower with custom tile work.

- This unit's guests have use of the ground floor patio area at the front of the adjacent main house. Navigate to the inland side outdoor stairway and walkway to access the front patio w/ outdoor dining table; seating for 6; propane gas bbq grill

The lovely contemporary living room has wood-look plank flooring, a cool blue sofa, decorative chair and ceiling fan. Stainless appliances in the kitchen make meal prep and clean-up a breeze. Dine at the kitchen counter featuring four counter stools.

The primary bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and access to a small balcony deck with two chairs. The second bedroom has a set of twin bunk beds. The remodeled bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in shower with custom tile work.

This unit's guests have use of the ground floor patio area at the front of the adjacent main house. Navigate to the inland side outdoor stairway and walkway to access the front patio, furnished with an outdoor dining table and seating for 6, along with a propane barbecue.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have central air conditioning; however, there is a window air conditioning unit in the living area, along with ceiling fans to move the cool ocean breezes.

An updated outdoor shower room, accessed along the inland side walkway, is ideal to remove all the after-beach sand before entering the home.
