Spacious private family villa in Cala Pi with sea view, heated pool (Sept–May, 20 €/day), large private and secluded garden and three terraces – ideal for 1–2 families. The space
In this generous villa, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms offering accommodation for up to seven guests.
One bedroom features a comfortable double bed and an additional single bed, the second has a double bed, and the third offers two single beds. Two sofa beds are also available, and a baby cot can be provided — ideal for families with children.

Two inviting living rooms with cozy sofas, Smart TVs (satellite + Netflix), and a sound system invite you to relax — perfect for unwinding together after a sunny day by the sea.

Two well-maintained bathrooms provide maximum comfort: one with a large shower, the other with a shower and whirlpool bathtub. Fresh towels, bed linen, a washing machine, and a dryer are, of course, provided.

Outside, enjoy the beautifully landscaped 700 m² garden with an illuminated pool, comfortable loungers, and stylish lounge furniture.

The beautiful beach Cala Pi offers a wide range of water sports and is only a 5 minute walk away and the famous wide Es Trenc Starnd just 10 minutes drive. Other activities nearby include hiking, mountain biking and climbing.

Golfers can play in the complex in Puigderrós, which is only 15 minutes away by car. Bars, restaurants and a supermarket are within 2 minutes walking distance.
