Farah's place is a historic old building with spacious rooms and a kitchenette -- all very conveniently located to our trip exploring the historic sites nearby, which included the Sand Creek Massacre site, Amache Japanese American Internment Camp and Fort Bent. it was nice that it was right across the street from the old movie theater, which we enjoyed, and walking distance to a friendly breakfast joint.
We were greeted promptly by the person managing and he offered his help in any way. The 2 rooms we had booked, while spacious, had a few problems. The towel rack fell off just from hanging a towel on it and the floor in our room looked like it had water spilled all over it, but it was just that somebody had done a lousy job of putting a finish on the floor and it was permanently beaded up. Our friends were dismayed to find out in the morning that they had no hot water in their shower and the towels were not cleaned from previous guests.
