Nice place if your just passing through the area, a bit pricey but nice rooms. Area is a small town don't have much options for food or anything else.

Farah's place is a historic old building with spacious rooms and a kitchenette -- all very conveniently located to our trip exploring the historic sites nearby, which included the Sand Creek Massacre site, Amache Japanese American Internment Camp and Fort Bent. it was nice that it was right across the street from the old movie theater, which we enjoyed, and walking distance to a friendly breakfast joint. We were greeted promptly by the person managing and he offered his help in any way. The 2 rooms we had booked, while spacious, had a few problems. The towel rack fell off just from hanging a towel on it and the floor in our room looked like it had water spilled all over it, but it was just that somebody had done a lousy job of putting a finish on the floor and it was permanently beaded up. Our friends were dismayed to find out in the morning that they had no hot water in their shower and the towels were not cleaned from previous guests.

On first impression, from the exterior of the building it appears vacant as the first floor must still be under renovation. The other rooms are located upstairs and are very spacious and a great value. Holly is a cute little town, our children were able to play at the nearby school playground, there is a movie theatre across the street from the hotel, a grocery store on the corner and a gas station a block a way. The hotel is nicely renovated with security cameras on the interior and exterior which made us feel more comfortable about our stay. The value was amazing as we were able to have 2 double beds and a kitchenette, which saved us money on eating out at restaurants. The noise was minimal from other guests and the neighborhood is also quiet. Overall our stay was great and Farah was very accommodating to ensure that we enjoyed our time in Holly.

Nice refurbished hotel. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are spacious and well kept. Bathroom is nicely renovated.

The other reviews are very accurate. There were minor hiccups in communicating about arrival time, but the on-site manager was there when we arrived and was very accommodating. The hotel is unimpressive from the outside but really beautifully rehabbed, and the suite is a terrific value, roomy and nicely appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

Response from Farah:
Thank you Laura for staying with us. I am so sorry about the miscommunication. I get the Airbnb email's and I was out of country during your arrival. Since I am back now, hopefully it won't be any hardship for the next guest. I thank you for staying with us and i am so grateful for your business.

This was a wonderfully relaxing stay! When we first arrived we were a bit cautious from what we saw on the outside, but the inside was beautiful & very relaxing. This is definitely a place that should not be judged by its cover! Jason was very accommodating for anything we needed! We had a bit of a tornado warning scare & they cared for us well by waking everyone to get them downstairs to safety. Thankfully it was a false alarm but glad they responded appropriately to the alarm. If we ever come through Holly again I'm sure we will try to stay here.

I can not live without good food, travel to nice places and be with good friends and family. I look forward to providing a beautiful place for people to stay, very much like a boutique hotel, but much less expensive. I do have 9 rooms, few with two beds and kitchenettes. I al…
