Very central location right in the Munich museum district. 10 minutes walk to the center. Best shopping opportunities, very busy with many shops and restaurants, still very quiet, also on the narrow Schleißheimer Straße (one-way street), on the other side towards the courtyard rural idyll with bird chirping. The terrace with the wonderful rooftop landscape and the plants gives a feeling of Italy.
