Single storey, chalet style house in a private garden overlooking fields, hills and forest. Secluded and quiet with ample parking and 3 miles from local shop.The house offers a well equipped, comfortable place to stay while exploring the Cairngorms National Park with its' wealth of visitor attractions , walks,fishing, mountain bike routes and stunning vistas with opportunities to spot wildlife too. A haven to retreat to after days out exploring. 4G reception and wifi . Open May through October.

The Garden House has a spacious living area , a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with w.c. and a second bathroom with bath and washbasin. The house uses electricity for heating, hot water and cooking included in the price.
There is a large patio with outdoor furniture and barbeque. The garden is fenced so dogs can be free too.

We have been letting The Garden House to summer visitors for over 20 years and this is our sixth year with Airbnb. Be assured that visitors find The Garden House a peaceful place to stay while exploring the area. It is a rural retreat set back off the road with lovely views over the fields and hills. The garden is informal with many flowers that attract beneficial insects for our large fruit and vegetable patch.

My husband Phil and myself have lived at Old Semeil for over 40 years and have brought up our two sons here. We have been letting out The Garden House since 2002 and have enjoyed sharing our secluded garden with many visitors from around the world. People savour the peace and quiet here, after days out exploring the Cairngorms National Park, its castles and whisky distilleries and trips to the coast. We look forward to welcoming you.
