One story 3 bedroom & 2 bath newly remodeled waterfront home on a canal with boat lift located on North Padre Island. Under 1 mile to Whitecap beach and minutes to great restaurants and nightlife activities.

The space
Come enjoy our 3rd coast Texas retreat and get away to this updated one-story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront canal home on North Padre Island. This newly remodeled unit has all the upgrades from granite countertops to new refrigerator and appliances.

Relax inside and enjoy TV or walk out the back and enjoy drinking coffee and take in the views off the water in the early mornings. Enjoy the outdoors with the beautiful pergola covered deck with dock access for those fishing and water enthusiasts. There is a boat lift on the private dock and two green lights for night fishing. Our home is fully furnished with linens, towels and everything you need to enjoy your stay. You will find all you need in the kitchen along with a full size washer and dryer. With our high speed internet access and smart TV’s, you can stream until your heart;s content. This unit has a spacious one car garage, propane gas grill and two outside patios.

With Whitecap beach just under a mile away, you will love our location to all the near beaches around.

If the dates you selected are booked OR you have a bigger group and need to accommodate. Let us know as there is an adjoining unit next door. Between the both, we can host up to 14 comfortably. Ask me for availability!

Great place to rent and relax, especially for the fishing enthusiasts with easy access to Laguna Madre and Baffin Bay and the LandCut.

Enjoy keyless entry and easy to access property. We have a beautiful deck in the back that leads to the boat dock and boat lift area. There are 2 greenlights located in the water, just off the dock so you can enjoy the night fishing and throw some lines in the water and catch redfish, trout and black drum.

Other things to note
Since we have a boat dock, feel free to bring your boat and dock it here during your stay. The neighborhood channels lead out to the inter coastal waterway that is home to some of the best Redfish, Speckled Trout and Black drum fishing on the Texas coast!

There is a private boat launch you can use to unload/load your boat but there is no parking your vehicle or trailer, you must park it on our property.
