My home is situated on a quiet country lane 5 minutes drive from the seaside town of Lahinch. The main living area has panoramic views of Liscannor bay. The house is on the Wild Atlantic way and a short drive from the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, the links golf courses in Lahinch (5km) and Doonbeg (25km).
Home to Jon Rahm, winner of the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open in 2019.

The house has been featured in BBC/RTÉ production #smother.

The space
The house is located down a quiet country lane and is positioned in such a way to maximise the views over the Atlantic and Liscannor Bay.
The main living area is a large open plan style with the kitchen and the living room part of the same area. The floors are polished concrete and there is a rotating stove in the middle of the living area.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with an island for extra cooking space.
The living room area has a large couch and an arm chair and a wide screen TV.
There is a spectacular floor to ceiling triple glazed window at the side of the living room.
There are two double bedrooms in the west wing of the house with sea views in both. One large room with an ensuite bathroom and a double room with the use of the main bathroom.

Home to John Rahm when he won the Irish open in lahinch in 2019.

Guest access
There will be one room locked to store some of my belongings but the rest of the house is yours. There is enough parking for several cars.

Stove can get very hot. Do not touch the glass screen or lean against the body when in use
