Your beach studio apt. home away from home, is on the 2nd fl. in a 24hr secured and private property, neighbored by Hedonism II and Royalton Hotels.

A 5min walk takes you to the pool, or one of our two private beaches for a morning swim. At dusk melt into the sunset.

I provide FREE wifi, Netflix, fresh linens for your bath, bed and beach.

The space
My 300sq. ft studio apt. is comfortable for a solo traveler and a size that’s just right for two persons.
The Caribbean Sea meeting the sky is the view from the front door, while my second storey balcony overlooks the driveway.
I have two twin beds seamlessly connected as a king bed that can be separated upon request.
We have maximized the apt. For you to enjoy a comfortable workspace, dining and cooking area.

SELF CHECK-IN - The keys for my apartment are retrieved and returned to the Security Guard at the Front Gate.

Usually rains for a few minutes at lunch time. Mother nature wants you to eat.

There is a convenience store across the road on Norman Manley Boulevard by the petrol station. (Left turn on Norman Manley Boulevard)

There is a gym close by on Norman Manley Blvd. which offers daily weekly and monthly rates.

You can purchase craft and souvenir items on the neighboring beaches as an alternative to visiting the Negril Craft Market situated next to the petrol station.
