Aloha & Welcome to Paradise! Enjoy beachfront living at this updated condo with 2 queen beds & 1 full bath. There is an AC in the living room & washer/dryer too! Located on a beautiful white sand beach w/ some of the best swimming & snorkeling around! Get out of the busy city & come out to the country for some relaxation & sun! Turtles frequent this reef protected beach! This property comes w/everything you need for an unforgettable vacation on Oahu! See you at the beach!

The space
VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!! ****** This is an older building on the beach & there is construction & renovations going on at this property right now during normal business hours on the weekdays so it can get VERY noisy during these times!! You will want to be out and about enjoying the beach and the island during construction hours :) We have discounted the nightly rate significantly to reflect this.

If you are looking for "Luxury Accommodations" This is not it :) This is not a fancy hotel or resort, just a simple beachfront condo. It's updated for your comfort and enjoyment! And for this beachfront living the price can't be beat! These are privately owned condominiums & are a great value here on the beach on Oahu! Starter supplies provided such as TP, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish & hand soap. This is considered a smaller one bedroom in this building and more of a nook for the bed than a big bedroom with a door but it's cozy and comfortable & there is a new queen bed in the living room instead of the sleeper sofa!

Guest access
Free parking at the building and a rental car is highly recommended but there is a bus stop right at the road that will take you all around the island! There is no public access to this beach from this property so it's like having your own private beach away from all the crowds!

There are free starter supplies for you like TP, paper towels, hand & dish soap and laundry detergent. For longer than a couple days stay you may need to purchase additional supplies at the store :) Mahalo!

Remember this is the tropics! This property is located in the "Country" part of Oahu, so you will see chickens & geckos, insects & other little creatures too as this is just normal for this climate and the islands! Please do not leave any unopened food laying around in your unit, sugar in the cupboards etc. We have pest spray done frequently but you may see unwanted bugs from the spraying, just to be aware and know this is just a normal way of living here :)

Additional amenities:
*Tables and lounge chairs by the pool and on the 2 acres of grassy lawn and beach for guests and residents to enjoy
* Outdoor BBQ area at the north end of the private beach
* A pool right on the lawn, next to the beach so you can swim in the calm and safe(r) water while still enjoying the sound and smell of the ocean.
*Ocean facing gym with additional bathroom upstairs.
* 24/7 Building security

* The building HOA does not allow pets, sorry!
*There is no smoking inside the unit or anywhere inside the condo building but there are smoking sections on the property
** Maximum Occupancy: 4 People including adults and children
* Check in is at 4PM, Check out is at 10AM

Neighbourhood highlights

There are food trucks and a convenience store within walking distance. Aloha, “Times Supermarket” in Temple Valley is the last Grocery store before you get here from the airport. More reasonably priced and less crowded than Safeway in Kaneohe. Foodland is about 10 minutes North and has the best selection near us, but it’s closed on Sundays.
Closest to us is Tamura’s Grocery, 6 minutes North, and Longs, right near it, has a good dry foods/drinks selection. Polynesian Cultural Center is about 10 minutes away, Turtle Bay Resort up North as well as famous surfing beaches and more!
