Quiet street 15mins walk to shops, restaurants and bay beaches. The ground floor bedrooms of our home converted into a self contained visitors suite.
You have a separate entrance from your sunny deck looking out to the street over the front garden. The kitchenette is designed for the convenience of travellers light meal preparation only. Renovated, bathroom with ceiling & floor heating, comfort of 2 ceiling fans,A/Con, WiFi TV, BT speaker, purified water,. Secure screens for breezes.

The space
Separate entry at the right hand high side at the front of the home your covered deck behind the front garden . These are the two front downstairs rooms in our 2 storey home. Converted for separate accommodation with its own bathroom. Queen size bed, 2 ceiling fans, a/con, built in mirrored wardrobe, your own renovated bathroom with in floor heating. Everything you need is within your suite. The kitchenette is designed for traveller convenience of light meal preparation only with bar fridge, microwave, small cook top, recirculating rangehood (necessitating no frying of fatty foods) saucepans, crockery and cutlery, purified water on tap. Outside you have a clothes line to air the beach towels and a hose to rinse off the sand and salt water.
Dining/television room. Bed linen, towels, bathroom essentials. Some breakfast cereals,tea/coffee,milk provided to get you started and cooking basics oil,salt/pepper. Easy 12min walk to local CBD restaurants and bay beaches this suite offers all the comforts of home. Maps on which we have highlighted cycleways,walks cafes,swim spots,sunset views.

This is a very quiet residential area yet your accommodation is within a 10-12 minute walk /1.3 km or less to bay beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes, clubs and marina. Parking your car is directly out front of your suite on the street . Noise to a minimum after 10.00pm.
