The space
Allies Rest is a luxury two bedroom townhome. The suite offers 1684 square feet plus 333 square feet of outdoor space.
The main floor features a spacious entry hall with powder room, kitchen with designer cabinets, granite countertop, and stainless steel whirlpool appliances, open plan living and dining area and a large screened porch.
The upper level features two bedrooms En-suite baths with Kohler fixtures and faucets as well as a laundry closet with washer/dryer. The master suite also includes a balcony. The unit also offers central A/C, patio, allocated garden area, media and computer network infrastructure, pool and thatched gazebo, BBQ area, approximately 12 boats docks and close to the beach.

Sidewalks line the roads providing a safe and easy mode of travel for biking, jogging or a pleasant walk to all the above mentioned facilities and the Princess Alexandra National park beach access, as well as other resort properties.
