Lovely location, one of the other guests referred to it as "the garden of eden" and it is the best description. It is up in the mountains - it would have been difficult to find but the host met us in boquete and led us to the hacienda. Highly recommend

Lovely quiet place in the mountains. Quincy and Ciella are great hosts, very friendly and laid back. They think of everything which means you don't have to :) we had a nice relaxing time there.

One could not ask for more attentive hosts. Their home was clean and set up was perfect. The breakfasts were great and simple. We had access to a small oven & hot water, My girlfriend and I did not need a lot nor did we have a lot of request. But the few that we did were handled effortlessly. We had to catch a 730 am bus that we had to be on time for. The driver that we had been using previously seemed a little unreliable abut being up at 7 am. I discussed this with Quincy. He said he would either have a driver there on time or he would take us himself. His driver was there on-time. And we caught our bus with time to spare. Quincy and Ciella were more than helpful. They were motivated to help and you can tell from their energy and enthusiasm that they love being of service and enjoy making other people happy. There are many people in this world that get that their happiness comes from making other people happy. Quincy and Ciella get this also.

I've lived and traveled in Panama for 5 years and this is one of the best accommodation I've had. Ciella and her husband are behind helpful and their place is lovely, clean and has a killer tropical garden. It's so peacefull. You can walk into town or use one of the taxi drivers they know. I loved staying at the Hacienda and will definitely come back. Big 5 stars are very much deserved!

The Hacienda is beautiful, more enchanting than the photos. The views of the valley, Volcan Baru, the clouds passing below, and the stars enchant. Fireflies show up in the gardens at dusk. Best of all, however, are the hosts, Ciella and Quincy. They are discrete and can provide as much guidence as one requests. Having lived in Boquete for years, they know the town and have contacts and recommendations on most every topic. Our stay was exciting and productive and my wife and I look forward to returning.

The Hacienda is an absolutely wonderful place. I can't recommend it enough. Not only are Ciella and Quincy also wonderful, but the surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. The casita was perfect for our 3 night stay and I was so grateful to have such a cozy, comfy place to stay after the brutal Volcan Baru hike. Thanks so much to both of you!

We fell in love with Boquete, Panama on a quick trip here 9 years ago. The air is clean and fresh with lush vegetation and the tropical beauty lured us back to purchase a home. We love to hike and garden and be "out" in nature. We wanted to be near the ocean but could not tolerate the heat. Here we can be boogie boarding in an hour and a half or in the river in 30 minutes. I love the mountains so I have the best of all worlds here without the winter weather. We have an endless growing season so I can experiment with the wide variety of bromeliads, orchids and cacti, a lovely mix. I worked in the hospitality sector in the U.S. so opening a small B and B is a great fit.
