Lovely French style home in Robertson, with a focus on outdoor entertaining including a Pizza Oven, fire pit entertainment area, bushbeck outdoor fireplace/grill and a large deck to cook on. It has spectacular views of the rolling green hills of the highlands.With air conditioning, Heston BBQ, and an acre garden to explore. A perfect retreat. Incredible Swimming hole 1km away, beach 40 mins

The space
Black provincial hospital style beds, large comfortable 4 seater sofa with air conditioned and heated lounge, large veranda with Heston Blumenthal BBQ and outdoor setting for 8+ with amazing views of rolling fields.Fully stocked kitchen. Jamie Oliver Pizza oven, outdoor bushbuck fire .Although there are 4 bedrooms, the internal living area has a sofa, lounge chair, and a large breakfast bar. There is ample outdoor dining for 8, internally, the large breakfast bar can cater for 8 sat around it ( bear in mind this is the dining table) . The kitchen has a mixer, food processor, Cafetiere, Milk Frother and Coffee Bean Grinder. We try to leave a few staples and some coffee beans to enjoy. The Pizza oven is a must, (it takes roughly an hour to heat up). There are cookbooks with recipe ideas, including a couple of the worlds best on Pizza and Fire cooking . There is also a firepit to sit outside around, toasting some marshmallows on a cold night

Close by there is an incredible swimming hole and waterfalls. Robertson is also starting to become a foodie centre with a bistro pub and a cafe serving award winning produce and a bakery.

Robertson also has some of the highlands best wineries & walking trails close by including waterfalls, so everything is catered for. The historic centres of Bowral and Moss Vale are 15 mins away with antique shops, restaurants and cafes to chose from including the famous Biota restaurant.

Robertson is a lovely example of a Southern Highlands village. Local shops and cafes, the famous pie shop and pizza place and a welcoming local gastro pub serving great food. Beautiful country views throughout the village and only 20 mins to Moss vale and Bowral. Southern Highlands is full of hidden water falls, wineries, world class walks, antique shops and wonderful food.
