A wonderful small stone walled cottage geared towards walkers and bikers looking for a more rustic place to stay. Just 10 minutes walk from the famous Pembrokeshire coastline. Keep warm by the log burning stove and stare out at the stars on the decking.

The space

A wonderful small stone walled cottage geared towards walkers and bikers looking for a more rustic place to stay. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the famous Pembrokeshire coastline. The cottage is small and cute and the perfect place to get warm after a long days hike.

Features:
Wood Burning Stove
Double Bed (Upstairs)
Sofa Bed (downstairs)
Kitchen
Decking with view of the sea & BBQ

Other things to note

The Stairs leading upstairs are very steep and we ask guests to use it as you would a ladder, i.e. ascend and descend facing the same way. Using the steps like this makes it far safer.

For this reason the property is not suitable for the elderly or anyone who would find difficulty with the steps.

The area in front of the cottage is in fact communal ground. Though this means if you are visiting with a pet by all means make full use of the space, all we ask is that guests are respectful of the people that live next door with regards to noise and pets, as the neighbours have small dogs and cats.

This place is a little Gem, very close to our favourite bays in the area. The newly fitted bathroom is very luxurious. The velux window in the roof is awesome spectacle on a clear cloudless night. Really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bwthyn Becca. The bed was very comfortable, the cottage cosy and Glyn and Dafs made it very easy for us to check in/stay without any issues. We had a great time exploring the local area and would recommend for others to visit Abermawr Beach (20 minute drive) as well as St. David's (35 minutes) and enjoy a boat trip with Voyages of Discovery to see the seals/puffins/dolphins! There are also some spectacular walks to be done straight from the cottage, or with minimal driving. Our only reservations were that at times the cottage perhaps strayed beyond cosy into being dingy, and that the (wonderful) shower could only be used for 10 minutes at a time due to hot water limitations. Thanks for a lovely, relaxing stay.

Idyllic cottage to stay in, is cosy (especially the fireplace!) and perfectly equipped for two. The new bathroom has an amazing shower and the kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself. Having a car is a must so you can properly explore the surroundings, but the local beaches are walking distance and stunning too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would love to come back soon!

We had a lovely stay in Glyn and Daf's quaint, cosy cottage - just perfect for a couple. We were blessed with good weather. The Old Sailors bar in Pwllgwaelod (Near Dinas Head) is a great place for food and less than 10 minutes drive away. There are lots of lovely coastal walks nearby - we did a 7 mile one which starts and ends in Porthclais just beyond St. David's. We'll be back in the future
