Ideal room for one or two people with a private entrance, 5 minutes from Tecnológico de Monterrey and Macroplaza. We have the essentials so you can have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The space
Our space has a 40” TV and Roku, air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, excellent lighting, a double bed with its respective bedding and a closet with the basics for a short or long stay. Inside the room is a dining room for two people that can be used as a work table. The door leads to the room. There is a kitchen equipped with a stove, a two-door refrigerator, a coffee maker, a pantry, and basic cooking utensils for your convenience. The door that continues to the kitchen gives access to the full and spacious bathroom, shower with hot water 24 hours a day, toilet, sink and a plus that we offer is the washer/dryer, it does the entire cycle of washing, rinsing, spinning and drying, you can also use the clothes hanger for washing and drying cycles. Access to the patio. We have 50-mega WiFi. We do not have a garage inside the house for this listing. You can leave your car on the street if you bring a car.
