Small 1st floor double bedroom with seperate bathroom and own sitting room plus continental breakfast.Short level walk to quality restaurants,pubs and shops.Frequent buses to Cardiff(35 mins)from door.2 Staffie dogs in house. No visiting dogs.
The house 'evolved',having a mediaeval base,but extensively refurbished in Victorian and more recent times.The bedroom is at the front,with a sitting room next door.The bathroom is along the corridor,and is exclusively for the guest.
Available upstairs sitting room. The garden room for breakfast is downstairs and at the rear.
Interaction with guests
We like to greet the guests, and are anxious to advise them on local places of interest. If they would like to be taken by me on local tours of the area , this can be arranged at a negotiated price.
Other things to note
Only 15 minutes to the coast and several beaches with good walking,and an hour to the Brecon Beacons with spectacular scenery and hiking. Also close to the Museum of Welsh Life at St Fagans,and the 'Big Pit' national coal museum,Torfaen near Newport
