The Room has been recently Renovated; this area has private washroom with upgraded American Standard Toilet and Vanity. It has a private washer/dryer, kitchen, etc. with separate entrance. Close to grocery stores, popular cafes and restaurants on this street. Quiet and safe neighbourhood.
