The property is located next to banks and a shopping center, as well as several excellent restaurants and takeaways. Offroad parking is available
The courtyard and garden are available to guests and there are braai (barbecue) facilities available.

It is on the bus route and Uber is available in the area.

The space
In spite of being in a busy area the garden is peaceful and a pleasant spot to sit and contemplate.
There is a good security system in place with cameras and armed response if necessary.

The property is well located, with easy access to University, shopping, entertainment, business and banking.
There are restaurants and takeaways to suite every taste, from the standard Wimpy, KFC and Nandos to more exotic and upmarket restaurants. The restaurants are within walking distance in the well known Davenport Road area. (Now Helen Joseph Road)

For daily needs there is a shopping center with a Checkers supermarket right across the road. In the center are a few shops. For more fanatical shoppers Musgrave Center is only a 2,5 KM away (less than 10 mins by Uber or Driving) and that offers a large number of shops and cinemas.
