This listing is for a monthly sublet. We have a minimum stay requirement of 30 days. Come relax in our cozy suburban home with spacious open split floor plan. Comfortably furnished, jacuzzi bath tub, gas fire place, back deck with grill and patio seating/dining, front porch with rocking chairs, one car garage and driveway parking, wi-fi. Less than 15 minutes to downtown Asheville, Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Enjoy the comfort of a whole house in a quiet neighborhood. The home is located one minute from I40 which provides easy access to Downtown Asheville, Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Guests have access to entire house and property with the exception of a small bedroom that remains locked during your stay.

The house includes latest edition of local newspapers and entertainment guides, tourist brochures, local hiking guide books and map with directions to Asheville, Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway all less than 10 minutes away except BRP which is 15 minutes using Pisgah Hwy, a beautiful drive and great way to enter the parkway.
