Find peace and privacy in this bright house and large walled garden with plenty of shade for a hammock; sunsets on the roof terrace and views of high mountains and the Oaxaca valley. Only 15km from Oaxaca city.
The house is set in a private garden, with 2 shady patios on ground level. The village centre is reached within minutes on foot. From the roof terrace you have a sweeping view of the mountains and Oaxaca valley.
The kitchen, dining and living room are an open space design. Large windows give you a bright interior and view of the flowers and greenery. A hallway connects entrance, bath, and bedroom.
The bedroom has a king size bed and a large window facing the garden and flowering bougainvillea.
The bathroom has a full size bathtub with wall mounted shower.
We are hoping for someone who wants to rent the house for 3 to 6 months during the summer.
The guest will have access to house and garden, as well as the roof terrace with its lovely view.
Interaction with guests
The host will probably interact in person and per email, as well as on location.
Other things to note
There is parking for one car on the property.
A damage deposit equal to one month's rent will be required upon arrival and returned on the day of departure.
When you move in there will be one propane bottle hooked up and a spare full bottle as well.
Always have a full spare propane bottle by the house, and also please leave me with a full spare bottle at the end of your stay.
The price includes a cleaning of the house every second week, but not doing the dishes, cleaning the oven, for example.
