The space
Unit: Large one-bedroom, two-full-bathroom unit that sleeps up to four people comfortably (two in the master bedroom, two on a fold-out bed in the living room).
- The living room features a large L-shaped couch and fold-out couch bed, 40" HDTV with Roku. Marble floors; granite countertops. AC unit.
- Master bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed, HDTV 4K with Roku, two-person balcony with a view of the surrounding neighborhood, large private bathroom, personal safe, and closet space. AC unit.
- Large guest bathroom with shower, accessible off the living room.
- Kitchen with all modern amenities including a dishwasher.
- Laundry room with full washer and dryer.
- Fast Fiber-Optic Wifi (200 MBPS)
Common Areas: a rooftop with heated saltwater pool, Jacuzzi, fire hearth, bar, lounge areas, grill, WiFi, and a sweeping 360-degree view of the city, ocean, and mountains. Ground-floor courtyard with central statue-fountain, fast Wifi.
* For the hot rainy-season months, from May through October, guests will have to pay for their electricity usage. Guest access
Entire unit, all common areas of condo, and unit's underground parking space. Please note there are some restrictions and condo rules concerning guests of guests using the condo rooftop and pool. Please refer to V399 Condo Rules and Regulations for more information (provided upon request).

** All guests will be required to submit a photo of one state ID or passport (per group) and provide the names of all guests staying in the unit. Condo administration rules.

Check-in / Check-out
The normal check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. We will meet you at the property and give you one set of keys and inspect the property with you to assure that all is well. If you will need more than one set of keys or if you need a special check-in or check-out time please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Very Important!
In the event that your check in to the property is after 8:00 p.m. or check out from the property is before 8:00 a.m. you will be subject to a $20.00 usd (twenty) fee which must be paid to our Concierge upon arrival or departure.
In the event that your check in to the property is after 11:00 p.m. or check out from the property is before 6:00 a.m. you will be subject to a $40.00 usd (forty) fee which must be paid to our Concierge upon arrival or departure.
Be advised that private properties do not have 24 hrs staff therefore we are unable to provide check in or out services between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Please make your arrangements according to this policy.
Palmera Vacation's team must attend other check in's and out's therefore it's extremely important for you to be punctual for the scheduled check in or out times otherwise if delayed more than 30 minutes of the stipulated time you will be subject to a $20.00 usd (twenty) fee which must be paid to our Concierge upon arrival or departure.
CONDO RULES AND REGULATIONS
All guests will be provided with Vallarta 399 Rules and Regulations. Guests are expected to adhere to the rules at all times. Any fines incurred on my unit due to guests' failure to abide by rules will be deducted from guests' security deposit. No exceptions.
