"Haus Lauber Apt.1", 2-room apartment 40 m2 on 1st floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with TV and radio. 1 room with 2 double beds (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm).
The space
Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Boiler. Wooden floors. Beautiful view of the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for children under 8 years. Non-smokers only.

2-family house "Lauber", 3 storeys, renovated in 2016. In the centre of Wengen, in a central, busy position. In the house: central heating system. Pre-arrival grocery service. Shop, grocery 10 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant, café 10 m, bus stop "Lauterbrunnen (by train)" 3.1 km, railway station "Wengen" 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 600 m. Cable car, skisport facilities 30 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee 13 km, Brienzersee 13 km. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Stairs narrow, spiral. Arrival is only possible with the train from Lauterbrunnen (14min journey).
