We are a suburban permaculture homestead experimenting with sustainable and off-grid solutions, growing food and medicinal herbs. We run a not-for-profit aimed at reducing food insecurity by utilising food waste (read: dumpster-diving and soup kitchens) and we teach craft classes, food fermentation and wine tasting. We also host international volunteers who want to learn about permaculture and get involved with the various activities.
