Welcome to OUR HOME! A shared home in Barão Geraldo, ideal for academics and professionals. This shared room is mixed and welcomes up to 8 people, with wide windows that guarantee light and natural ventilation.
We offer full linen (bed linen, towel and covered) and high-speed wifi.
Enjoy the whole house: equipped kitchen, swimming pool, backyard with garden and an amazing sunset.

The space
The unique architecture is an experience in itself! Our house has 3 floors (or more if we count the different levels), high ceilings, and large windows that provide excellent ventilation and natural light. The garden is spacious, with lots of plants and flowers, as well as a small vegetable patch and acerola, pitanga and tangerine trees.
The house has 7 bedrooms listed for accommodation, so there are always other guests (there are private bedrooms in addition to this one, which is shared). The kitchen is fully equipped and available for use.
We have a beautiful sunset view, hammocks for relaxing, and a lovely pool for cooling off.
The car park can accommodate up to 5 cars, 2 of which are covered spaces (if you are coming by car, please check the availability of a space for your vehicle).
Our residence is designed and intended primarily to accommodate researchers and academics visiting Unicamp, as well as staff from local technology companies. We have clear rules to ensure the best possible coexistence and to maintain a calm, clean and tidy environment. Our Casa is not a hostel, hotel or guesthouse; it is a shared home where our guests can enjoy the cosy, welcoming atmosphere and connect with people from different cultures.
When you step foot here, you can be sure you’ll be in great company!

SHARED KITCHEN: We provide basic seasonings and all the facilities you need for cooking. You will have space in the fridge and cupboards to store your groceries.
LAUNDRY: To use the washing machine, a fee of R$20 will be charged for each use, which includes a portion of washing powder and fabric softener.
GARAGE: To store your vehicle in the garage, please check availability.
STUDY AND WORK SPACE: There is a large desk in the room that can be used by everyone. In addition to outdoor tables in the garden, there are hammocks and sofas if you want something more relaxed.

There are many stairs, so it is not suitable for children, the elderly or people with mobility difficulties.
