Magnificent penthouse apartment with a garage for 1 car. Great location. 2 blocks away from the sea and boardwalk. Close to 2 malls, pharmacies, supermarkets and squares. 5th floor with beautiful ocean and mountain views. 2 barbecues, fireplace, balcony, patio and large rooms. Very sunny and completely renovated! All-porcelain flooring. Great for families who want to rest and be close to everything.
