Very spacious ground floor apartment in Swanage town centre & off road parking for one car.
Large bedroom with standard size king size bed and spacious lounge , separate dining room, shower room and separate toilet. Kitchen with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and Wifi.

We allow for one dog (well behaved) by arrangement.

Small courtyard garden to sit ( south facing) outside bedroom door with a bistro table and two chairs.

Great position! short level 2 min walk to town

Spacious Ground Floor apartment in centre of Swanage. Large Hall, and comfortable accommodation in Victorian House split as two Flats. spacious rooms with high ceiling and bay windows in Lounge and Double Bedroom, the door from the bedroom leads to a south facing seating area. Kitchen , Shower room , separate toilet, and utility area. Parking for one car only. The other apartment is occupied by my family,

This is a self contained apartment with off road parking for one car at the front of the apartment. The main garden is used by my family, but there is a south facing seating area outside the bedroom to enjoy a morning coffee. Please note the back garden is enclosed. The front garden is just for parking.

Other things to note
There is parking for one car only in front of apartment, taxi rank, buses and steam train 2 min walk away.
One dog by arrangement only, please confirm non moulting breed.
Standard size double bed, best if you want to eat out for a special anniversary to book a couple of weeks ahead, especially if you want a evening at the weekend, during the summer.

This apartment is opposite Swanage Medical Practice on Kings Road West. Very central for all transport interchange. Co-op Supermarket is very handy and just over the road.
Swanage has a sandy beach and beautiful bay, ideal for swimming, paddling, crabbing, fishing , sailing and diving. Victorian Railway station and Vintage Pier all a level walk , central to the town, you can enjoy lovely independent shops, restaurants and cafes, the seaside town of Swanage is surrounded by the rolling Purbeck Hills all part of the Jurassic Coastline, and picturesque villages of the Isle of Purbeck. Take a nostalgic trip on the train to the quaint historic village of Corfe Castle and enjoy the stunning views.

I have lived in Swanage most of my life. I have always been involved with Tourism one way or another and have found much pleasure in getting this apartment ready for guests, it’s excellent position means if you want you don’t need to use the car! My husband and I have raised our family in Swanage and love living in this very special place , we spend lots of time with our Grandchildren at the beach on sunny/warm days and enjoy walking our dog at Durlston County Park. The Coastline is beautiful, and there are some great places to see. Swanage is a great place to visit out of season, with all the Christmas activities a train ride on a steam train to Corfe Castle to see all the pretty christmas lights, lovely pubs with real fires and great food . I hope you enjoy your stay in this very special town. Autumn walks and spectacular sea landscapes on the Jurassic coastline . Caroline
