The apartment is located in the historic center of Perugia on the top floor of the ancient Palazzo Coppoli (12th century Perugian family), located in the upper part of Via Ulisse Rocchi and very close to Piazza IV Novembre, Fontana Maggiore and the University for Foreigners. The apartment is furnished with late 19th century furniture and vintage 1970s style and is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) and can accommodate up to 6 people. Costs include linens and towels. The apartment is on the top floor of an old building in the historic center of Perugia
The apartment, about 110 square meters, is on the fourth and top floor and consists of a large double bedroom with bathroom (without shower) and external balcony, a double bedroom, a large single bedroom (a bed can be added upon request), kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room and living room with small terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, gas stove and is equipped with kitchenware. In the main bathroom, there is a washing machine. In the living room and in the double bedroom there is an LCD TV.
