Truly a country getaway in the middle of the urban core, this fully renovated and furnished home gives you the best of both worlds! Sitting on the last undeveloped 7 acres in east Nashville provides plenty of privacy but walking distance from Silly Goose, Eastland cafe, Rosepepper Mexican Cantina, Jeni's ice cream, Two Ten Jack ramen, Portland Brew (1.8 miles) am 3 miles from Barista Parlor, Little Octopus, Margot's, Marche, Treehouse, and the 5 Spot (bar made popular by the ABC hit show "Nashville".) Too many hot spots to list. Very desirable location but feels tucked away.

Other things to note

Businesses of note to visit while your here:

Goods:
J&HP - custom suits that will blow you away. For the price and the spot on style.

Welcome Home - home store by Ugly Mugs coffee.

Old Made Good - OMG ... A shop that does the flea market sorting for you and refinishes and brings back the luster to vintage pieces.

Hip Zipper - great vintage clothes right in 5 points.

The Shops on Fatherland - special attention to The Trunk for great accessories.

The shops at the Idea Hatchery

Eats:
Silly Goose - I have to agree with the map in the men's restroom that marks Silly Goose as "the best damn restaurant around". Excellent for lunch or dinner.

Barista Parlor - traveled the world over and it's still the best coffee shop where you could spend your time and dollars. This opinion is shared by many :)

Wild Cow - vegan/vegetarian food that meat eaters will enjoy too.

Mas Tacos - cheap eats, featured in Bon Appetite.... Cash only.

Mitchell's Deli - this place knows how to make a mean sandwich. Cheap eats.

Treehouse - new spot... Serves food with a Latin influence til 2 am! Ask them how they got their name.

Marche - THE brunch spot.

The 404 kitchen - Get here! I don't know where to start but it's my new fav!

Rolf and Daughters - voted #3 of best new restaurants by Bon Appetite for 2012 for a reason. Provincial fresh farm to table Italian food.

Kid stuff:

Adventure Science Center - Nashville's science center is epic. I've taken our 2 year old to others in different cities but I have to say, Nashville's is up there as the best. Adults will enjoy it too.

Opryland Hotel/Mall - Let the kids run off some steam while touring this Nashville staple.

Nashville Zoo - animals, a carousel, a train and a massive wooden play structure are just a few of the "things to do" while at the zoo.

Country Music Hall of Fame - self explanatory and I've actually never been, but I hear good things.

Not suitable for pets
No parties or events
Check in is anytime after 4PM

#1 Rule...Have a good time.

#2 Please be respectful of our furniture and paint jobs….Please don't tape signs and other things to our walls because it causes the paint to come off when removing the tape. Treat our home as you would your own. We have worked very hard to create a beautiful environment for people to visit so please help us maintain it by treating the house with TLC.

#3 If something is amiss or needing attention, please let us know so we can attend to it as soon as possible.

#4 As far as when you leave, please just empty the trash into the trash cans behind the house and rinse off any dirty dishes and load the dishwasher so they don't get crusty before the cleaning crew comes in.

#5 Please note that many amenities are free on the mini bar, but the alcohol has a fee. Please pay for any alcohol that is consumed and leave the decorative glass bottles so that we can refill them for other guests!

Other than that, have a good time while visiting Nashville! Thanks!
