Enjoy great local dining, wine tasting and boutique & antique shopping plus tons of other fun outdoor activities like horseback riding, walking and bike trails and the I & M Canal.

The space

This stylish and bright 3 bedroom, 1 ½ bath home has everything you need for your getaway! So, pack a weekender bag and head down to Starved Rock Country.

Relax in the platform beds with memory foam mattresses and crisp, white linens and feather duvets.

Get your chef on in the fully stocked kitchen with cookware and dinnerware for eight. All you need to bring is your imagination and a good bottle of wine.

The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and all the basic amenities- just pack a toothbrush.

This home is full of light, vibrant colors and designer touches.

The home sleeps 8 guests.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. There are two upstairs bedrooms- one has a queen bed (and available air mattress) and the other has two twin beds. There is also a full size sleeper sofa in the living room downstairs.

(Major Holiday Weekends can only be booked for a minimum of Friday-Monday.)

THINGS TO DO

The downtowns of La Salle and Peru have specials at the day spas, great restaurants, fantastic pizza, locally-owned boutiques, antique shopping and wine tasting at the wineries. Plus, NOW OPEN: Star Union Spirits Distillery in the historic Westclox Building in Peru and Fire on Fifth in the Westclox Atrium.

Walk to the Twisty Freeze and the city park- just 2 blocks away.

STARVED ROCK STATE PARK is only 10 minutes away (The Lodge is a stand-out and the entertainment on the patio / bar is fantastic.)

You have the entire house- it is set up for guests all the time. There is no personal clutter anywhere in the house. Feel free to make a meal, take a bath, watch movies, or play old records on the Victrola!

Please note: There is absolutely NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND allowed in the house. You will be charged a $200 fine.
No cats are allowed at this time.
