The property is listed as dog friendly with two further mentions in the listing that the presence of some dog hair/smell is unavoidable. The previous guest had a dog at the property, however I personally inspected their exit clean. It was impeccable. Clement's clean was much less so, requiring recleaning by me and the discovery of damage to the property. Clement did not mention any issues during their stay or attempt to seek a solution.I had thought that communication was good, but clearly he had failed to communicate the issues he was having and treated the property with a lessened degree of respect instead.
