This 2nd-story newly renovated condo, walking distance from the beautiful Geneva Lake, offers high ceilings, two bedrooms, two full baths, a bright living and dining room with a high-end kitchen. The large patio provides stunning sunsets in a private setting overlooking the creek. The sprawling grounds include two large private pool areas and the beautiful new marina. Within minutes you can reach the Abbey Resort, Fontana Beach and Chuck's for a burger and great views of our beloved lake.

The space
Spacious and bright, this condo offers a summer feel from the moment you step inside. The high ceilings make the 1200 square foot space seem very large, with room for extra guests and great entertaining. The 2014 renovations give you clean lines, beautiful hardwood floors and and a brand new kitchen.

Guest access
Less than a ten minute walk gets you to all the best things about Fontana, including the beach, park, and great restaurants. Boat rentals available from Jerry's Marine located on the pier in front of Chuck's, and SUP or kayak rentals available from Fontana Paddle Company just down the street from them. The Abbey Resort has the beautiful Avani Spa and gym available to the public, in addition to two nice restaurants, both with Marina views!

We provide you with four beach passes and one parking pass for spaces around Fontana, both to be returned upon departure.
