The space

This is a comfortable, clean, large, double 1 BR apartment in an excellent location on the Upper East Side, situated on East 95th street & 2nd Ave. It's in a very safe neighborhood, with wonderful restaurants, bars, museums and shops within walking distance. It's only a short stroll to Central Park and Museum Mile. A 24-hour pharmacy, several full service grocery, restaurants, and convenience stores are only steps away.

There are wash and fold laundry service shops on both corners, with dry cleaning services available.

This apartment is very private and quiet by NYC standards, set in a walk up building (2nd floor).

Enjoy your stay!

Close to the heart of the 86th Street shopping area with two movie cineplexes, Barnes and Noble, Sephora, Banana Republic, and countless other shops and restaurants. The 6 subway station is only two blocks away and the express 4/5 trains are 8 blocks away. If taking the express train, you can be at Grand Central (42nd street) in 2 stops, 3 to the Empire State Building, Times Square, Union Square or Greenwich Village, 4 stops to Soho, and express to the Brooklyn Bridge or South Street Seaport.

The 86th or 96th Street Crosstown bus provides easy access through the park to the Upper West Side where you'll find Lincoln Center, Museum of Natural History, The Hayden Planetarium, and the New York Historical Society and many other important landmarks.

Interaction with guests

I would like to initially say hello to my guests and ensure they have everything they need. A quick hello, the handing over the keys and that is it!!
