It is an Aparta-Studio located on the second floor of a house located in a condominium. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 with 4 single beds, another with 1 double bed, 1 loft with 3 mattresses, a total of 9 guests, 1 hammock for resting. There is also an uncovered garage, basketball court, store, and 2 swimming pools that can be used following biosafety recommendations. The accommodation is less than 1 km from downtown Melgar. It has a mini-terrace or balcony for sunbathing or barbecuing.

The space
The place has an excellent presentation, is clean, well lit and has natural ventilation. It is also close to the city, guarded, and attended by the owner. I have written authorization (See Photos) from the Mayor's Office of Melgar to operate as tourist housing, as well as the current RNT, Fire Department Certification, approved Biosafety Protocols, and committed to the campaign, "No human trafficking, No sexual exploitation of adolescent girls and boys.

Guest access
There is a basketball court, a store inside the condominium, natural gardens where you can do photography and bird watching in the parking area, in one room there are 4 single beds and in the other 1 double bed, with their respective lining previously washed and disinfected, in the rooms and dining area there is a fan, no air conditioning.
The health authority recommends that each guest bring their own sheet, pillowcase, towel, and personal toiletries. However, clean sheets and towels are also provided by the host.

Other things to note
Loud noises are not allowed. If you're going to listen to music, you can only do so until 11 pm, and the sound should be moderate. You can bring your pet by paying the fee and taking responsibility for it during your stay. Pool hours from 8 am to 8 pm. Pool service is $8000 for a single time and for each guest who enters, the attendant will give you your respective payment receipt.

It should be noted that although check-in is at 3:00 PM, I have a flexible check-in time as long as I do not have guests leaving. It is important that both the host and guest coordinate this arrival time to avoid any inconvenience.

My accommodation has a backup system in case of power grid failures. We have opted for clean renewable energies and we have a hybrid inverter that processes the solar energy from the panel stored in a battery, this gives us an autonomy of 4 to 5 hours so that during your stay you have no problems with this service.
