Jackee's place isn't exactly what is advertised but if you're 5'6 or shorter, you'll be fine. Anything taller than that, you'll be VERY uncomfortable and would have spent a lot of money for no reason. When it comes to resolution, Jackee is unresponsive, so please don't expect to …

Response from Jackee:
Yemi- my sincere apologies that your experience wasn't up to par with your standards. First of all, my guest apartment was thoroughly thought through and constructed for the average height. I have hosted guests that were 6+ feet and it's never been a problem. In your case, you omitted to mention that you were a couple of inches shy of 7 feet, had you mentioned, I wouldn't have honored the reservation. When you and your guest arrived, I realized you were not the average height, I suggested that you don't check in, and that we reach out to Airbnb and find other alternative to accommodate you; you insisted that you would be fine, you would be out of the apartment for most part of your stay, and you'd be out utilizing more of my backyard. The pictures are the actual of the space, my listing mentions the specs including a full sized bed; after you asked me of additional sleep space, I offered you the use of the Fulton in my office across located across the hall from the apartment. You later told me your self how you liked my mini apartment, and that it "was exactly what you wanted". As for the "cockroach"; it was highly, highly NOT possible of any, of all the months that I have hosted guests (now, super host) from around the globe, there's never been an issue nor mention. Additionally, I have a contract with an exterminator who comes out once a month to ensure preventative measures are taken. As for the communication, I comminuted with you all the way from and after your booking (I have evidence). The none responsive that you're referring to is: When you checked out, you sent me messages about negotiating my fees (in your exact words, (I have evidence) I didn't feel comfortable to respond, as this was communicated to Airbnb, and was told, it was being handled at the CM level. Putting down the value of my home demonstrates you probably are unaware of the NYC real estate market. My listing is considered do able and affordable compared to most listings in my geographical area. Clearly, your financial statement has to do with you not getting ALL of your monies back after you cancelled the reservation due to the policy, which is clearly defined. I'm not sure I'd recommend you for any listings, you left my white linen and towels loaded with make up, tried washing them, couldn't get them clean enough to reuse, I had to replace them; additionally, after you checked out, my apartment was left smelling of marijuana, which I spent a bit of time and money deodorizing. Thanks, Jackee
